We explain everything in plain English, with hands-on examples and zero jargon. If you can use a web browser and send an email, you already have everything you need to get started.

We focus on the tools people actually use day-to-day: ChatGPT and the wider OpenAI family, Anthropic's Claude, GitHub Copilot, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity, plus a handful of specialists like Midjourney for images, GitHub Copilot for developers, Notion AI for knowledge work, and Ollama for running models locally. Sessions are tailored to your needs, so we'll always centre on the tools most relevant to your work and goals.

The free Discovery Call runs for about 15 minutes — just enough to understand your goals and recommend the right path. AI Confidence Sessions are 60 minutes, the AI Starter Workshop is 2 hours, and the AI For Small Business package is a half-day. Corporate programmes are tailored: typically a series of 2–3 hour workshops delivered across one or more days, scheduled to suit your team.

Yes. We follow UK GDPR and never share your information with third parties. Session notes, recordings (made only with your consent), and any documents you share are stored securely and retained only as long as needed to deliver and follow up on your session. You can request deletion of your data at any time — just email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

Absolutely. Our AI For Small Business and Corporate AI Awareness Programme tiers are designed exactly for this. We can deliver group workshops for teams of any size, tailor the content to your industry and tooling, and leave you with reusable prompts and workflows your team can use straight away. Get in touch and we'll scope something that fits your team and budget.

Your satisfaction matters. If a session doesn't hit the mark, tell us within 7 days and we'll either re-deliver the session focussed on your concerns at no extra cost or issue a full refund for paid sessions. The Discovery Call is always free, so there's no risk in starting there — we'll only recommend a paid session if we genuinely believe it'll help you.

Yes. After any paid session you get two weeks of follow-up email support — ask questions, share prompts you're stuck on, or request a quick recap. For teams and businesses that want something more structured, we offer monthly retainer packages with priority support, regular check-ins, and access to new workflow templates as the AI landscape evolves.

Yes — for the Corporate AI Awareness Programme and AI For Small Business packages we can deliver in person at your office anywhere in mainland UK. Travel within London is included; for other locations we add a simple travel-cost line item at cost. We're also fully set up for remote delivery via Zoom or Teams if that suits your team better, and many clients find it works just as well.

You can reschedule or cancel any session free of charge up to 48 hours before the start time. Within 48 hours we charge 50% of the session fee, and no-shows are charged in full. For corporate bookings, the policy is set out in your individual agreement — typically we ask for two weeks' notice to reschedule without cost. The free Discovery Call can be cancelled any time, no questions asked.

Yes. While we're UK-based and many of our clients are local, we regularly deliver remote sessions and workshops to teams across Europe, North America, and beyond. Sessions are delivered in English, scheduled to suit your time zone, and invoiced in GBP with VAT where applicable. For large international engagements we're happy to discuss tailored pricing and delivery formats — just get in touch.
