These terms govern the use of StarCaller Academy's website and services. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
StarCaller Academy provides AI education, training, and onboarding services. Sessions are delivered remotely (video call) or in person where agreed. The content of each session is tailored to your needs and may vary from descriptions provided.
3. Booking & Payment
- Free discovery calls require booking but no payment.
- Paid sessions require payment in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept payment via bank transfer, Stripe, or invoice for corporate clients.
- Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before the session: full refund or reschedule.
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund or one reschedule.
- Cancellations within 24 hours: no refund, but one reschedule permitted.
- If we cancel a session, you receive a full refund or reschedule at no cost.
5. Session Conduct
Our sessions are educational. We do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice. AI tools may produce inaccurate outputs — you are responsible for verifying any output before using it professionally.
6. Intellectual Property
Materials provided during sessions (workbooks, notes, resources) are for your personal or organisational use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish them without written permission.
7. Data & Privacy
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described there.
8. Limitation of Liability
StarCaller Academy is not liable for outcomes resulting from the use of AI tools discussed or demonstrated during sessions. Our maximum liability for any session is limited to the fee paid for that session.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
